MCPF Penang Chairman Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Vice-Chairman (I) Dato’ K. Pulayantran, SLC Members Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and Munusamy Muniandy were present at the Thaipusam Festival where they visited the Thaipusam Booth of the PDRM. The message to the public of “Zero Crime Penang” showed the joint aspirations of both PDRM and MCPF and their collaborative efforts.  Joining the MCPF Penang members were Dato’ Subramaniam of MCPF Kelantan and Kelvin Yeap of MCPF Kelantan / Federal.
Preceding the Thaipusam Festival, Dato’ K. Pulayantran represented MCPF Penang in a “Safety Task Force’ meeting set up by Malaysia Hindu Sangam (MHS).
