A unique Motivation and Team Building Program was organized for MCPF Penang DLC Members at Penang Golf Club on 18^th July 2022. Thanks to the initiative taken by DLC Chairmen and the Facilitative / Leadership efforts of Program Organizing Chairman and Barat Daya DLC Chairman James Mohan the Key Objectives of this Program encompassing creating an opportunity for networking among the 5 District Members and SLC; a better insight and appreciation of MCPF’s Objectives, Goals and Vision and the provision of a platform for the generation of ideas as projects for Crime Prevention was fulfilled. MCPF Penang Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ong Poh Eng delivered the Opening Remarks. This was followed up by an inspiring address by MCPF Senior Vice-Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Sri Ayub bin Yaakob. Other MCPF Penang SLC Members in attendance were Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran, Secretary JM Tan, Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen, SPS DLC Chairman Paramaguru Balan Moghan, SPT DLC Chairman Ridzuan Md Zain, SPU DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy, Committee Member Y.Bhg. Maj. (H) Dato’ M. Kaleessvaran and Committee Member Victor Lim Kok Hooi.  Other than the DLC Chairmen in attendance, 28 DLC Members were present. They all had an enjoyable and participative program. Kudos to MCPF Penang SLC and DLC Members that were in attendance to help build camaraderie and spirit de corps to help bring Penang to higher levels of Crime Prevention Awareness efforts.
