MCPF SPT DLC Chairman Encik Ridzuan Md Zain was invited to attend Sesi Dialog Mediator Komuniti Peringkat Negeri Pulau Pinang Tahun 2025 on Monday, 23rd June 2025 from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm that was held at the Operations Room, Level 4, Bangunan Persekutuan Pulau Pinang, Jalan Anson, 10400 George Town, Penang organized by Jabatan Perpaduan Negara dan Integrasi Nasional, Pulau Pinang. Chairing this Program and as a Moderator was YBrs. Tuan Zulkhairi Zainol, Deputy Director of Jabatan Perpaduan, Pulau Pinang / MCPF SLC ex-officio (JPNIN). Encik Ridzuan Md Zain was one of the invited participants from various Agencies in his dual roles as a SPU Community Mediator and Chairman MCPF DLC SPT. The Key Objectives were: 1. To make known the function of the Community Mediators in various areas either in communities individually or groups or in industrial disputes. 2. To understand the limitations of the need to amicably resolve issues / concerns with a win-win outcome; 3. To act and seek cooperation from the PDRM, Education Department and/or industrial sectors. 4. To advantageously optimize the roles of the Community Mediators as most of them are from Rukun Tetangga, thus enabling more effective dissemination of information that will be beneficial to the communities that they represent. During this Event, Encik Ridzuan Md Zain together with Encik Abdul Malik bin Abdul Razak from Jabatan Perpaduan took the opportunity to distribute the “PDRM Pulau Pinang – MCPF Penang Scam Awareness QR Code Posters” to be displayed at the participants’ respective centres.
