Shafee bin Abd Samad were amongst the PDRM Penang Top Brass in attendance. MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman cum SPS DLC Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran; MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPS DLC Vice-Chairman (II) Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPS DLC Secretary Encik Paramguru Balan Moghan represented both MCPF Penang SLC and SPS DLC at this Official Opening Ceremony.
