On the afternoon of Day 2 (26^th June 2018), a 23 strong delegation consisting of participants of the 10^th Asian Criminological Society Conference paid an official visit to the Royal Malaysia Police, Penang Contingent Headquarters at Penang Road. The Deputy Chief Police Officer of PDRM Penang YDH DCP Dato’ Roslee bin Chik hosted and welcomed the delegates. Leading the delegates were Professor Dr. Jianhong Liu, ACS General Assembly Chairman, University of Macau; ACS Board Member Professor Wei-Teh Mon and Dr. Paramjit Singh Jamir Singh from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Amongst JPJKK Penang Senior Police Officers present to welcome the visitors were YDH ACP Som Sak A/L Keliaw (Deputy HOD, JPJKK [Strategic Planning]), YDH Supt. Tan Cheng San and MCPF Penang ex-Officio SLC Member YDH Supt. Saw Hock Tek. DCP Dato’ Roslee bin Chik delivered the Welcome Address whilst an overview of Crime Prevention was shared by ACP Som Sak A/L Keliaw.
