In a ‘changing of the guard’ ceremony held at Malaysian Police Training Centre (Pusat Latihan Polis [PULAPOL]), YDH DIG Dato’ Pahlawan Razarudin bin Husain took over the reins from outgoing YDH Datuk Seri Hj.
