As can be seen, all respective District Ketua-ketua Police Daerah (OCPDs) are the Advisors. Also every District IPD Ketua Bahagian (Division Head) of Bahagian Pencegahan Jenayah dan Keselamatan Komuniti (Crime Prevention and Community Safety) are by MCPF Constitutional by-Laws appointed as the respective DLCs Vice-Chairman (I) ex-officio.
