Chong Boo Khim as its new OCPD effective 27^th February 2024. Supt. Chong Boo Khim was handed the baton by the outgoing Acting OCPD YDH DSP Mohd. Norazmi bin Abd Ghapar in a installation ceremony officiated by YDH CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin, CPO of Penang. In his address, CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin took the opportunity to thank all his Penang State Senior Police Officers and their staff for their support in his tenure as Penang State CPO which he would be relinquishing shortly as he takes on the role of being the Narcotics Crime Investigation (Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik – [JSJN]) Bukit Aman as its Director.
