MCPF Penang Advisor YBhg. Dato’ Dr. P. Sundramoorthy attended the Mesyuarat Majlis Tindakkan Membbantaras Dadah (MTMD) Negeri Pulau Pinang Bilangan 2 Tahun 2024 on Thursday 26^th September 2024 at the Bilik Gerakan Pejabat YAB Ketua Menteri, Tingkat 28, Komtar. The meeting was chaired by YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang with other key attendees being the Secretary of Penang State Government YB Dato’ Haji Zulkifli bin Long; Deputy Director General of Management Puan Shobah binti Jamil, Director of AADK Penang Puan Elmariah Chung and representatives of agencies, State and Federal Government Departments. The two key papers were presented for consideration relating to the 2-Year Focus proposal on the Empowerment of Community Synergy in Recovery of AADK by the Drugs Recovery Committee (Jawatankuasa Pemulihan Dadah – JKPD) Penang State and the Cakna Kasih Program by the National Population and Family Development Board (Lembaga Penduduk Pembangunan Keluarga Negara – LPPKN).
