A night “Patrolling and meeting with the Residents (Segmen Keselamatan) JELAJAH ASPIRASI BEBAS DADAH – (KABD) Mukim 21. Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah” Community Outreach and Walkabout activity was successfully carried out on Monday, 28th September 2026 from 9.00 am to 11.00 am at Dewan Masjid Saidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq, Taman Guar Perahu, Mukim 21, Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang which later proceeded to Taman Guar Perahu, Kampong Terus and Guar Petai areas as a Community Outreach and Walkabout Publicity effort in preparation for the Event Proper which has been scheduled for 3rd October 2026.
The participants who were involved in this Kawasan Aspirasi Bebas Dadah (KABD) [Drug Free Area Aspiration] program included: 1. Puan Siti Sarah binti Abdul Wahab – Coordinator from AADK SPT; 2. with 3 others from AADK; 3. L/Kpl. Nur Syukri Bin Abd. Rahim from Balai Polis Kubang Semang; 4. With 2 other police personnel from Balai Polis Kubang Semang; and, 5. Encik Razalan Muhammad Zain, MCPF SPT DLC Interim Committee Member.
The Primary Objectives of this short Community Outreach Program were: 1. To meet up with the local communities and to keep them proactively informed of an upcoming event that will be held on 3rd October 2026; 2. To enable the Distribution of pamphlets regarding the events that will be held; 3. To mobilise and encourage the local communities towards Prevention of Drugs Abuse.
