Other Senior Police Officers of RMP Penang present included YDH ACP Ruslan bin Ibrahim, Deputy Head of Crime Investigation Department; YDH Supt. Wan Shaharudin Wan Omar, Head of Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department and DSP Tuan Sathasivam A/L Maniam – Community Coordination, CPCSD.
