    MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman, Ching Eng Leong has finally completed his PhD. In Criminology Thesis and his submission to the USM Senate is awaiting endorsement. We are certain that EL Ching is looking forward to the Convocation ceremony that will mark the culmination of his arduous journey to attain his Doctorate.
