MCPF Penang is delighted that its Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran and its SLC Member Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran received their Penang State Awards Darjah Gemilang Pangkuan Negeri (DGPN) and Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN) respectively at the Dewan Sri Pinang on 01st November 2021 in conjunction with the Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak’s 72nd Birthday. Congratulations Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran and Dato’ Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran! Also on hand to receive his Darjah Gemilang Pangkuan Negeri (DGPN) was the former Penang Chief Police Officer YDH CP Dato’ Sahabudin bin Abd Manan. Syabas CP Dato’ Seri Sahabudin bin Abd Manan, currently the Bukit Aman Director of Logistics and Technology.
