MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPF Penang SLC Member M. Kaleessvaran both addressed some 130 Secondary school students of SMK Simpang Empat, SPS in a Crime Prevention and Motivation Program on 24^th May 2019. This Program organized by the Parents-Teachers Association (Persatuan Ibu-Baba Guru – PIBG) of the school was held at the school’s Motivational Hall. The short two and a half hour program was positively received by teachers and students of the school.
