MCPF Barat Daya DLC Chairman Mr. James Mohan accompanied by Treasurer Mr. Gideon Lau Sing Kwang made a courtesy call on YDH ASP Shamshul Anuar Bin Zakaria / Ketua Bahagian Pencegahan Jenayah dan Keselamatan Komuniti IPD DBD today, 27th January 2026 at 2.30pm.

YDH ASP Shamshul Anuar Zakaria who is on a transfer from IPK will be the new MCPF Barat Daya DLC Vice-Chairman (I) ex-officio.

A fruitful discussion took place with the MCPF DLC Chairman sharing the direction of the Southwest District Liaison Committee and IPD DBD moving ahead working in cognizance to meet MCPF’s objectives and goals. As a starter for the year 2026 a roadmap with indicators to fulfill joint obligations in Crime Prevention efforts to the Barat Daya community will be worked upon. James Mohan also took the opportunity to share the overall picture of MCPF Federal, State and District hierarchy, protocol and activities.
