MCPF Penang SLC successfully completed its Annual Strategic Offsite Retreat for the 4^th consecutive year… thanks to the Teamwork and coordinative efforts of all Members that were ably led by Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali. This Retreat held at the Hard Rock Hotel, Batu Ferringhi on 4^th January 2020 focused on the ‘Report Cards’ of the State Liaison Committee and each of the 5 District Liaison Committees.  The comparative Scorecard summaries was efficiently summarized by Secretary Dr. EL Ching. Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali covered the Highlights accomplished by the SLC for 2019. Each of the District Liaison Committee Highlights were delivered by its various Chairmen present. The Retreat culminated with open brainstorming by all present on Strategic Plans for 2020 encompassing key foci of School Programs, Community Outreach Programs, Educational Enhancement, Fund Raising and Seminar & Publicity.
