MCPF Penang extends its heartiest congratulations to its Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri Ong Poh Eng, Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali and SLC Member Rahumathullah Ibrahim on them being recipients of Penang State Awards in conjunction with the 74th Birthday Celebrations of TYT Tun Dato’ Seri Utama Ahmad Fuzi bin Abdul Razak in October 2023. Dato’ Ong Poh Eng was conferred the Darjah Gemilang Pangkuan Negeri (DGPN) with the title “Dato’ Seri”. Rosli Mohamed Ali and Rahumathullah Ibrahim received the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT).
