Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar bin Syed Ali, Chairman MCPF Penang and all its State Liaison Committee salutes PDRM Top Brass on being recognized by Penang State and being recipients of distinguished Order (Darjah) in conjunction with 2020 Penang State Awards in conjunction with the TYT’s 82nd Birthday in July 2020 held in a ceremony at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre on 17th March 2021. These Top Brass from the Royal Malaysia Police received their awards from Yang di-Pertua Negeri Pulau Pinang Tun Dato’ Seri Utama (Dr.) Haji Abdul Rahman bin Haji Abbas.
