As a follow-up to the recent official launching of the Facial Recognition CCTV Monitoring System at MBPP CCTV Control Room, Level 4, KOMTAR on 2^nd January 2019, MCPF Penang Secretary EL Ching coordinated a visit for its SLC Members to get their own first-hand knowledge of the ongoing processes in this symbiotic MBPP / RMP Link up as an integral part of the Bandar Selamat George Town efforts. MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I)  cum RMP Penang Crime Prevention and Community Department (CPCPD) Head YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah took on the role spokesmen for the MCPF Penang SLC visitors in this highly impressive and educational visit that was well hosted and explained by Puan Tuti Azmala binti Azal and Mr. Yong Woo Soon of MBPP.  The flood monitoring system in 10 flood prone areas was also well explained.

The MCPF Penang entourage also included Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen, SLC Members Felix Chuah, JM Tan, Choo Eng Hin, James Mohan, Joseph Sawaremuthu, Paramaguru Balan Moghan, Ridzuan Md Zain, Munusamy Muniandy and ex-Officio (MBPP) Hj. Shalehudin bin Hj. Hashim. RMP CPCSD’s YDH ACP Som Sak A.K Din Keliaw (Deputy CPCSD HOD), YDH DSP Sathasivam A/L Maniam (Community Policing) and Inspector Mohd Rezan bin Yussop (MPV JPJKK) were also present.
