MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Chairman Dr. Ching Eng Leong was accompanied by MCPF SLC Member cum SPT DLC Treasurer Ridzuan Md Zain to receive a well-deserved appreciation certificate / plaque for SPT DLC’s great support to AADK P. Pinang on the ongoing efforts to fight the war against Drug Abuse. Penang Chief Minister YAB Tuan Chow Kon Yeow officiated as the VIP in attendance and delivered excellent messages to the attendees on the great efforts by AADK, NGOs and Community Leaders. YAB Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang presented awards to various Penanti / Guar Perahu representatives and community leaders. Also in attendance was the Director of AADK P. Pinang Puan Elmariah Chung and other State dignitaries.
