MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman Dr. EL Ching together with MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPT DLC Treasurer Ridzuan Md Zain met up with Seberang Perai Tengah District Officer Tuan Kamarul Haizal bin Koderat at his Jalan Betek, Bukit Mertajam office on 17^th September 2020 to discuss and update him on the upcoming SPT Townhall Event. It was positive that Tuan Kamarul Haizal committed his full support and that he would be requesting all Chairmen (Pengerusi) MPKK (Majlis Pengurusan Komuniti Kampung – Village Community Heads Council) SPT District to attend the Townhall. The trio also deliberated on various possibilities for future joint Crime Prevention programs and events.
