
MCPF Penang has ensured that the Crime Prevention Tips shared by MCPF Federal Secretariat Office since May 2020 has been consistently shared with its MCPF Communities including State Liaison Committee, 5 District Liaison Committees, the general MCPF Penang (non SLC / DLC) Members as well as its key partners from the Education Department (State / District Offices) as well as the Agensi Anti-Dadah Kebangsaan (AADK) (State / District Offices). As appropriate, messages have been encouraged to be further disseminated accordingly.

In all, 2020 saw a total of 150 Tips being published encompassing varying topics Scams to Personal Safety, Bullying, Gangsterism, Drug Abuse, Pedophilia, Misuse of Internet, Threats from Social Media. Parental Guidance of school going children and more. Thanks to Muhamad Fahmi Ariff Md Yusoff of MCPF Federal Secretariat Office for his continuous efforts in facilitating and publishing these Crime Prevention “One Point Lessons”. Acknowledgment also goes out to MCPF Member Sunny Peh who has been a reliable advocate to help ensure that these valuable tips publication did not miss a beat via MCPF Facebook when circumstances required his support.
