A School Crime Prevention Program was headed by MCPF SPT DLC at SJKC Seng Keow Seberang Jaya on 3rd April 2018. It was attended by over 600 students and teachers. Jacob Pao (MCPF SPT Secretary) delivered a topic on Bullying while ASP Low from IPD SPT shared on general safety of school children. Also in attendance were MCPF Penang Secretary cum SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching, SPT DLC Member Kenny Ho Kee Meng and Timur Laut DLC Member Kathiraveloo Thangiah.
