MCPF Penang SPT DLC Chairman EL Ching, SPT DLC Member Goh Hoe Eng and MCPF Member Steven Lee attended the Majlis Sembahyang Agama Buddha at Wat Chanthararam, Bukit Mertajam SPT on 6th April 2018 in conjunction with the 211th Police Day celebrations. Penang’s Chief Police Officer YDH CP Dato’ A. Thaiveegan as well as close to 200 PDRM and PVR members from the Penang contingent received blessings from 9 monks.
