Tender Opening of CCTV Project for Pilot School was transparently accomplished on
Wednesday / 10th Dec 2025 from 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm at Penang Golf Club.
It was attended by: 1. Dato’ Seri Ong Poh Eng (Advisor); 2. Rahmat Ibrahim (Committee Member / Project Leader); 3. JM Tan (Secretary); 4. Harikumar Katherasen (Treasurer); 5. James Mohan (Barat Daya DLC Chairman); and, 6. Ridzuan Md Zain (SPT DLC Chairman) – a proper Team composition of past / present Security Stalwarts (Industry / Hospitality).
Brief Summary: The above MCPF Penang SLC Members met up to process this Tender Opening to support the proposed CCTV Project for a Pilot Boarding School. This is a process continuity based on previous initial On-Site Review and follow-up On-Site Vendor Briefing of the identified school.
