Members of MCPF Penang State Liaison Committee visited PVR Sjn. Oon Beow Chong at the Penang General Hospital on Jan 4th 2016. The victim was injured with two broken legs and a broken arm when manning a Police Roadblock along Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway. Two other PVR on duty were also injured and received outpatient treatment. Penang were represented by Dato’ Syed Jaafar Syed Ali, Chairman; Dato’ K. Pulayantran; Dato’ Ong Poh Eng, Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran; Felix Chuah, Choo Eng Hin and JM Tan.
