YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah, Head of Department, Crime Prevention and Community Policing for IPK PDRM Pulau Pinang took to the airwaves again on 11^th July 2018 where he was interviewed by Radio DJ Sabariah binti Yusof (more popularly known as DJ Sobar). Dato’ Anil Shah who is also MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I) was as usual a ‘natural’ during the interview carried over the program “Mutiara Mesra Bersama PDRM” where he covered various contemporary concerns including:

1. The meaning behind ‘Macau Scam’ and its criminal modus operandi;
2. Advise to the general public on not falling into the trap of scam calls;
3. The abuse and misuse of Drugs and encouraging the general public on how important it was to avoid such;
4. How snatch thefts occur and giving advice as to how one can avoid becoming a victim of snatch theft;
5. Promoting the Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP) application, encouraging its use as well as usefulness as a practical tool in Crime Prevention and Reporting; and
6. The role that the general public can play to win the ‘War Against Crime’ and being involved in Crime Prevention.
