MCPF Chairman / MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPD Penang SLC Member / SPS DLC Secretary Paramguru Balan Moghan as always made their presence felt positively amongst our Indian youths. Dato’ K. Pulayantran addressed the award reciepients during the Academic Force Awards Presentation held at the Penang State Library Auditorium, Seberang Jaya on the afternoon of 15^th July 2018. The event was appropriately themed “Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Future” – something that is close to the heart of both Dato’ K. Pulayantran and Tuan Paramguru Balan Moghan.
