MCPF Penang SLC Members met up with Penang State Prison Liaison Officer Tuan Shamsul Helmi bin Hamdan at the Penang Director Building, Penang Prison, Jalan Goal, Datok Keramat on 2nd January 2019. MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (II) Rosli Mohamed Ali led the delegation which also included MCPF Penang SLC Member cum SPS DLC Secretary Kapt. (PAB) Paramguru Balan Moghan and MCPF Penang SLC Member Yazid Razali. The discussed plans that would lead to a Visit and Study Tour of the Seberang Perai Prison before the end of January 2019.
