MCPF Penang SLC Member Joseph Sawaremuthu chaired the ‘kick off’ Meeting at USM’s Security Department Meeting Room for the proposed MCPF Penang International Seminar to be held sometime by the end of the 3^rd Quarter of 2019. Attendees included Harikumar Katherasen, MCPF Penang Treasurer; James Mohan, MCPF Penang SLC Member cum South-West (Barat Daya) DLC Chairman; JM Tan, MCPF Penang SLC Member cum North-East (Timur Laut) DLC Chairman and Ridzuan Md Zain (MCPF Penang SLC Member). This meeting covered areas pertaining to Theme of the Seminar, suggested Venue and Dates, Cost per head, number of speakers and call for papers, and General Administrative and Logistics. It is envisaged that current contemporary concerns with regards to Cyber and Telco Crimes, Threats and various ‘scams’ surrounding this will be focused upon
