MCPF Penang SLC Member Choo Eng Hin facilitated a follow-up discussion on Prisons Program (reference to MCPF Penang Visit and Study Tour of Seberang Perai Prison, Jawi on 24^th January 2019) with YDH TKP Roslan bin Hj. Mohamed, Director of Penang Prison; Y.Bhg. Dato’ Jimmy Ong, Vice-Chairman of Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) Penang and Mr. Lo owner of a local Penang factory at e-Gate Starbucks on 23^rd July 2019. This is hopefully, a preliminary progression to realizing the possible partnership and participation between MCPF Penang and the Prison Department’s Parole and Community Service Program to assist ex-prison inmates’ returning to the community and becoming better citizens.
