The Main Organizing Committee and Working Sub-Committee members of the forthcoming 5^th International Security Seminar (scheduled for 24^th / 25^th September 2019 at The Wembley, A St. Giles Hotel, George Town, Penang) held their 12^th to 14^th Meetings on 11^th, 18^th and 24^th July 2019. More detailed planning and preparation of the Seminar Itinerary, general logistics, finalization of Speakers and their Topics to be presented, Seminar e-Brochure, Registration Form, Payment Fees for ‘Early Birds’ Registration, Speakers’ List and their Topics were covered in much more details. The Main OC Team chaired by Dr. EL Ching and supported by Committee Members (MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman [II]) Rosli Mohamed Ali, Treasurer Harikumar Katherasen, SLC Members JM Tan & Ridzuan Md Zain as well as USM’s Associate Professor Dr. Selvakumar Manickam had the additional resources of SLC Members M. Kaleessvaran, Paramaguru Balan Moghan, Munusamy Muniandy and Yazid Razali alongside SPT DLC Members Victor Lim Kok Hooi and Jacob Pao.
