
MCPF Penang Website www.mcpfpg.org has been enhanced with ‘Drop Down’ menu link to an overview of District Liaison Committees as well as the Organization Structure for its 5 DLCs – North-East (Timur Laut), South-West (Barat Daya), Seberang Perai North (SPU), Seberang Perai Central (SPT) and Seberang Perai South (SPS). District Liaison Committees is provided for and governed by the By-Laws and Regulations (Ref: 1/2016) of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation in pursuant to Article 19 (l) (ii) and 20 of the Constitution. MCPF Penang’s five DLCs follows the guidelines to be aligned with the demarcation of districts by Royal Malaysia Police (156 Districts in total in Malaysia). The OCPDs of each of these Districts have been appointed officially as the ‘Advisor’ whilst the Ketua Bahagian JPJKK IPD is the de facto Vice-Chairman (I) of the respective DLCs. The Spirit of Volunteerism by all DLC Members to serve the Community at large on Crime Prevention Awareness to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation is very much appreciated.
