MCPF Penang extends its Heartiest Congratulations to Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lee Lam Thye who was appointed as the Honorary Life Member of MCPF in August 2019. This very special recognition is per Article 15 Membership (a) (iv) which stipulates “Honorary Life Members: The Executive Council, may in its absolute discretion, grant life membership to members who have made outstanding contributions to promote activities of the Foundation as the Executive Council deem fit”.
