Kaleessvaran attended the SPS District Level ‘Program SEPAKAT@Komuniti bersama Unit Transformasi Masyarakat India Malaysia (MITRA) organized by the Penang State Communications Department at SM Methodist Nibong Tebal on 23rd October 2019.
