MCPF Penang SLC Member cum Barat Daya DLC Vice-Chairman (II) Syed Abdul Rahman Syed Jaafar accompanied Penang State EXCO Member YB Dato’ Haji Abdul Halim bin Haji Hussain (Perdagangan Antarabangsa & Dalam Negeri dan Pembangunan Keusahawan / International & Domestic Trade and Entrepreneurial Development) in a ‘walkabout’ at Pesta Pulau Pinang on 11th December 2019. Syed Abdul Rahman accompanied Dato’ Haji Abdul Halim to the Pesta Site Police Base where through the interactive dialogue with the Police Staff on duty, they learned of issues faced at the Pesta site like snatch thieves and young children being lost / separated from their parents within the fairgrounds.
