MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman / MCPF (Federal) EXCO Member Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran and MCPF Penang SLC Member M. Kaleessvaran represented MCPF Penang at the Thaipusam Festival 2020 Task Force Meeting held at Malaysia Hindu Sangam (MHS) Penang State Council Office, Bandar Prai Jaya on 27th January 2020. Mr. Viveka Nayagan A. Tharman delivered the welcoming address. The meeting was chaired by Mr. M. Muniandy (Chairman, MHS Penang State Council. Dato’ K. Pulayantran gave a short address followed by the officiating address by Dato’ M. Ramachandran (Executive Director, Penang Hindu Endowments Board).
