MCPF Penang have formed a working committee to organize a Townhall session with the Theme: “Policing Strategies during Covid-19 pandemic: The Success Story of Police and related Law Enforcement Agencies in Penang State”. The Advisors to this Team are MCPF Penang Chairman Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri Syed Jaafar Syed Ali and Y.Bhg. Associate Professor Dato’ Dr. P. Sundramoorthy. The Organizing Chairman is Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran and the Committee Members will be Y.Bhg. Dato’ K. Pulayantran (Deputy Chairman, MCPF Penang), Rosli Mohamed Ali (Vice-Chairman II, MCPF Penang), Dr. EL Ching (MCPF Penang Secretary), Harikumar Katherasen (MCPF Penang Treasurer) and MCPF Penang SLC Members JM Tan, Joseph Sawaremuthu, Yazid Razali and Syed Abdul Rahman Syed Jaafar. The inaugural OC Meeting chaired by Maj. (H) M. Kaleessvaran was held at Force One Protection Security Office, Taman Inderawasih – Perai on 25^th August 2020. Others in attendance were Dr. EL Ching, JM Tan and Joseph Sawaremuthu. The overview of the program, suggested venue and choices of dates, and detailed checklist were discussed.
