MCPF SPU DLC represented by its DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy and DLC Secretary Haribalan Gopal were present at Dewan Wisma UMNO Kepala Batas on 22^nd February 2023 to support PUSPEN (Pusat Pemulihan Penagihan Narkotick) Kampung Selamat, Tasek Gelugor Pre-Termination Program which was jointly organized by PUSPEN Kg. Selamat; Jawatankuasa Pemulihan Dadah (JKPD) Daerah SPU and MCPF SPU DLC. The program had a number of speakers addressing the rehabilitated participants including Munusamy Muniandy; Encik Wan Hilmi bin Wan Abd. Rahman (Director of PUSPEN Kg, Selamat); Encik Mohamed Ferdous bin Othman (Senior Manager, GIATMARA PRIMA, Tasek Gelugor); Encik Hamdan bin Hashim (School Teacher SK Permatang Binjai, Penaga); and Puan Suraya binti Mohammad @ Soib (Assistant Officer, AADK). JKPD SPU Staff in attendance included Encik Madzuki bin Md Nor (Treasurer); Encik Mohd Nordin bin Saad; Encik Rosli bin Hasan; Puan Jamilah binti Said; Puan Hamidah bnti Din and Puan Roziah binti Mat Isa. This program was attended by 65 participants including 25 PUSPEN clients with the key objective of providing early exposure to PUSPEN clients prior to their Recovery and Rehabilitation Program termination.
