MCPF Penang welcomes the appointment of YDH CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin as Penang’s new Chief Police Officer effective 15^th May 2023. Prior to his appointment, CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin was Bukit Aman’s Federal Internal Security and Public Order Deputy Director. He has also served as the Johor Deputy CPO before his posting to Bukit Aman in 2022. He was also Nibong Tebal OCPD in 2006. MCPF Penang looks forward to its continuing collaborative and cooperative working relationship with CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin and his PDRM Penang staff in our journey of “War Against Crime”. MCPF Penang bids the previous Penang CPO YDH Mohd Shuhaily bin Mohd Zain farewell and fare well. He is now Kuala Lumpur’s new CPO.
