The Chief Police Officer of Penang YDH CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin was delighted to have an audience with Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye – Life Member of MCPF. Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye was accompanied by Y.Bhg. Dato’ Sri Johny Ch’ng, Vice-Chairman of MCPF; Y.Bhg. Dato’ Ong Poh Eng, Chairman of MCPF Penang; Y.Bhg. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran, Deputy Chairman of MCPF Penang; Y.Bhg. Dato’ Sri Chong Chin Fung, EXCO Member of MCPF. Also present at this courtesy call were YDH SAC Winston Tan Thye Wah, Head of Special Branch, RMP Penang Contingent and YDH SAC Puspanathan a/l Wiresingam, Head of Department, Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department (JPJKK), RMP Penang Contingent. This visit was held to further strengthen the cooperation already established between the two parties. Additionally, the discussion covered views on security / safety issues and the various occurring scenarios.
