MCPF Penang warmly welcomes the new Inspector-General of Police YDH IG Tan Sri Razarudin bin Husain and the new Deputy IGP YDH DIG Datuk Seri Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay whose appointments effective 23^rd June 2023 were announced by the Minister of Home Affairs YB Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail (Chairman of MCPF). As per Article 8 (a) Provisions Relating to Executive Council of MCPF of MCPF Constitution “The Patron shall have the prerogative of having to appoint a Chairman of the Foundation and such person to be appointed as a Chairman shall be holding office as a Minister. The Inspector-General of Police shall be appointed as the ex-officio Deputy Chairman and the Deputy Inspector-General of Police shall assume the duty and function as the Deputy Chairman during the absence of Inspector-General of Police. MCPF Penang looks forward to the continuing and enhanced progress and success of MCPF with the new IGP and Deputy IGP.
