MCPF Seberang Perai Utara DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy was present at the Anti-Bullying Talk series as part of Penang Goes Orange 2023 Campaign at SMK Convent Butterworth on 4th December 2023. This program was also attended by YB Kumaran Krishnan (State Assemblyman from Bagan Dalam); ASP Tn. Mohd Hairul bin Zainol (Investigation Officer from IPD SPU CID); Insp. Tn. Ganesh Raman (Investigation Officer from IPD SPU CID); Pn. Mangleswary Subramaniam (Head of Women’s Empowrment & Leadership, PWDC); Cik Ain Suraya binti Ibrahim (Communications Officer PWDC); and, Pn. Catherine Susan (Women’s and Family Development Committee). Delivering the Anti-Bullying Talk were ASP Tn. Mohd Hairul bin Zainol and Pn. Mangleswary Subramaniam. The School Principal Pn. Lim Lean Yaik addressed the over 250 students in attendance. A noble coordinated effort by PPD SPU, PDRM IPD SPU, MCPF SPU DLC and PWDC.
