MCPF Seberang Perai Tengah DLC Chairman delivered a short talk describing the various elements of different situations of bullying whilst Insp. Ezwan Zashazreen bin Mohd Sulkifli of JSJK Division, PDRM IPD SPT / School Liaison Officer fro SMK Guar Perahu shared on the legislative provisions and punishment in terms of Laws pertaining to Bullying at the Anti-Bullying Talk (Penang Goes Orange 2023). Cik Noor Hazwani binti Ahmad Muwani, Counselor for SPT PPD was also supported by the attendance of Dr. Hj. Mohaad Pisal bin A. Bakar (School Principal); Pn. Norina binti Baharudin (Student Affairs Officer); and, Teachers. 210 male students and 190 female students were present to be made more aware about bullying. Also in attendance from MCPF SPT DLC was Thomas Goh Eng Wah, Vice-Chairman (II). PDRM’s Kpl. D. Faidzal bin Ibrahim and L/Kpl. Khir Khairul Azril bin Ahzmi were also present.
