MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran and MCPF SPU DLC Chairman Munusamy Muniandy visited the Thaipusam Paneer Panthal PDRM at Jalan Brown on 25th January 2024. This was an integral part of the Community Policing Program of the Royal Malaysia Police, Penang. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran and Muniandy Munusamy interacted with YDH CP Dato’ Khaw Kok Chin, Chief Police Officer of Penang and other Senior Penang Police Officers including YDH SAC Puspanthan a/l Wiresingam, HOD JPJKK P. Pinang (also MCPF Penang SLC Vice-Chairman (I) ex-officio); YDH ACP Tan Cheng San, Deputy HOD JPJKK P. Pinang (Operations) and YDH Supt. Ganesan a/l Chinapan (PTKK). Thanks to PDRM and other volunteers, this year’s ‘Unity’ Thaipusam festivities was conducted safely, securely and smoothly.
