MCPF Penang extends its deepest condolences to the family members, relatives and friends of the late Tan Sri Datuk Robert Phang Miow Sin, JP – one of MCPF’s EXCO Members who passed away on 18th July 2025. Tan Sri Datuk Robert Phang’s unwavering commitment and invaluable contributions to MCPF will always be remembered with great respect. He was the founder and chairman of the Social Care Foundation and a vocal anti-corruption advocate who once served on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Committee (MACC) Advisory Board. MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman YBhg. Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran (also MCPF EXCO Member) attended the wake representing MCPF Penang on 21st July 2025.
