MCPF Timur Laut District Liaison Committee was invited to support and participate in the National Flag Distribution in Schools in Conjunction of Merdeka Day & Hari Malaysia at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Rajaji, Air Itam on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 from 7:30 am to 8:45 am. MCPF Northeast DLC in attendance were Secretary Mr. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy, DLC Member Mr. Andy Ng Jui Boon and DLC Member Encik Adriel Albert Jefryzal bin Abdullah. SJK (T) Rajaji’s Headmistress Puan Lueis Mary a/p Balavendrum together with 12 teachers inclusive of Cik Jacqueline Jivamany a/p Silwom, Puan Santhia a/p Gunasegaran, and Encik Nagendran were present alongside with 98 students.

The Program covered: 1. Commenced with the National Anthem (NegaraKu) followed by the State Anthem (Untuk Negeri Kita). Cikgu Nagendran led the attendees in reciting the pledge of Rukun Negara; 2. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy then introduced the MCPF TLDLC representatives and shared some Crime Prevention Awareness tips and advice to the students. He elaborated that MCPF TLDLC was delighted to jointly celebrate the National Day and Hari Malaysia with the students; 3. Peter Paul together with Headmistress Puan Lueis Mary a/p Balavendrum, MCPF TLDLC Members Andy Ng & Albert Jefryzal and some teachers distributed the National Flags which was sponsored by MCPF TLDLC. 4. MCPF Timur Laut DLC Peter Paul, led by Peter Paul had a discussion with HM Puan Lueis Mary, En.Nagendran, Cik Jacqueline Jivamany Silwom and Cik Santhia Gunasegaran regarding organizing a talk in the school about ‘Buli’ and ‘OK Tak OK touch‘; 5. Peter Paul assured the HM that he will revert after referring the matter to MCPF Timur Laut DLC Chairman Dato’ Felix Chuah; 6. A short, positive and productive School program.
