MCPF Daerah Timur Laut headed by Mr. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy (Secretary) and accompanied by En. Adriel Albert Jefryzal bin Abdullah (DLC Member) and Mr. Dannis Khaw Haur Yhee (DLC Member) were invited to participate at an Anti-Bullying Awareness Program at Sekolah Kebangsaan Pendidikan Khas, Jalan Hutton, Pulau Pinang on 11th November 2025 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. En. Mohd Rosli bin Othman, the Headmaster of SK Pendidikan Khas was accompanied by 23 teachers who were present to make this an occasion to be remembered by the 62 participating students. PPD Daerah Timur Laut Puan Siti Noor Faridah binti Mohd Termizi was present together with the Chairman of the Parents Teachers Association (PIBG) En. Khairudin Aslam. Members from Pertubuhan Inovasi Pendidikan dan Kebajikan Pulau Pinang represented by 1. Adriel Albert Jefryzal bin Abdullah; 2. Raymond Sooriyaprakash a/l Marimuthu; 3. Nurjannah binti Md Zain; 4. Mohd Rozal bin Md Zain; 5. Nurbaizura binti Bakiri; and, 6. Gurvinderpit Kaur were primary supporters of this special program. The Program commenced with NegaraKu and followed Untuk Negeri Kita. HM En. Rosli bin Othman delivered the opening speech, by thanking MCPF Northeast District and Pertubuhan Inovasi Pendidikan dan Kebajikan Pulau Pinang for taking the initiative to co-organize the Anti Buli Program for the special students. Puan Siti Noor Faridah binti Mohd Termizi mentioned that MCPF DTL always rendered their cooperation and worked closely with PPD DTL in organizing programs for schools located in DTL. She thanked Pertubuhan Inovasi Pendidikan Dan Kebajikan Pulau Pinang for collaborating with MCPF DTL to organize this program. She hoped the special students will benefit from the program. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy was invited to give a speech on behalf of Dato Felix Chuah. He thanked Puan Faridah and HM En. Rosli Othman for approving the program and also introduced the MCPF representatives. He also thanked Pertubuhan Inovasi Pendidikan danKebajikan Pulau Pinang for collaborating with MCPF DTL to carry out the program and thanked the Teachers and students for participating. Peter Paul said this is the first time MCPF DTL organize the program in a special school which is totally a different environment and different approach. He hoped the students were not left behind in the Anti Buli Program and that they would benefit from this awareness. The Program continued with Teachers from Pertubuhan Inovasi Pendidikan displaying slides on Anti Bully, Q&A and distribution of key chain, and mask followed; after the classroom activity, all the students were taken out to be entertained by Mascot with Anti Buli themes. All students and teachers were delighted to have photos with the mascot. Peter Paul Arokiyasamy also handed over the “PDRM Pulau Pinang – MCPF Penang Scam Awareness QR Code Posters” to HM Rosli Osman for the School Staff & Parents of the Students use with a short overview explanation of it.
