MCPF Penang Deputy Chairman Dato’ Seri K. Pulayantran addresses SJK (T) Azad students at the school’s Self-Development Boys Camp

A “SELF DEVELOPMENT BOYS CAMP 2025 (3 Days / 2 Nights)” was successfully organized by Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council Education Bureau and supported by SJK (T) Azad, Kebun Bunga, Penang Teachers and Parents on Sunday 7th Dec 2025 at 1.00 pm the Program Ceremony was carried out and attended by the Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council Chairman Mr. Tharman Anandan; the Malaysia Hindu Sangam Penang State Council State Secretary Mdm. Ratna Sasirekah Bala; Ms. S.Thilaga Vathy of the Education Bureau; Dr. A. Rajoo Chairman; and, Mr. Pragashsatham SJK (T) Azad PK1; witnessed and motivationally supported by 70 Parents. YBhg. Dato’ Seri Pulayantran Kayambu, Deputy Chairman, MCPF Penang was a Distinguished Special Guest and he was accompanied by Mr. Kathiraveloo Thangiah Committee Member of MCPF Timur Laut District Liaison Committee Member. The Participants included the Distinguished 70 Teachers and 50 Students.


Summary: YBhg. Dato’ Seri Pulayantran Kayambu was given the honor to  deliver a Motivational Speech was given by Dato’ Seri K.Pulayantran Kayambu to all the students encompassing: (A). Motivation: “The Power of Positive Thinking in Young Minds, Building Confidence Through Practice, Leadership Begins with Small Steps and True success means improving oneself, learning from one’s mistakes, and showing courage. Iteration was made to stay positive, work consistently, and never be afraid of setbacks. (B). Crime: He elaborated that Crime refers to behaviors that society deems undesirable and harmful, triggering responses from the criminal justice system. It encompasses various actions, including violent offenses like murder and robbery; and (C). Bullies: He highlighted that the students should be aware of and thus to be able to focus on the psychological impacts of bullying, the different forms of bullying, including cyberbullying, and strategies to combat bullying such as fostering a supportive environment, raising awareness, and empowering individuals to speak up.
