As part of the Agenda of the 2017 7^th MCPF Penang SLC Meeting, the official appointment of YDH SAC Dato’ Mohamad Anil Shah as MCPF Penang Vice-Chairman (I) was covered by the invited Press. Just as significant was a ‘Live Demonstration’ cum ‘Press Coverage’ by JPJKK, PDRM IPK Penang for the new smartphone application “VSP” – Volunteer Smartphone Patrol where all MCPF Penang SLC Members and the Press present ‘downloaded’ the App live.  This will hopefully become a catalyst for a much higher usage where members of the public can instantly report crime incidents or situations to the Royal Malaysia Police.
